I worked with Joshua of Sinwise Farms to come up with a coconut mylk chai bar reusing the freshly brewed spices and tea from his chai drinks. This is chai reimagined into a chocolate chai latte that’s a bit more subtle than a typical chai latte but oh so creamy and smooth from the coconut.
Joshua imported the tea, spices, and cocoa beans all from Southern India.
